Are all products on the website authentic?

PAOSHOP is the Sole Official Store (Official Merchandise) of Panathinaikos BC. Every product you purchase from us is 100% authentic, designed and approved by the team.

How can I recognize the authenticity of the products?

All official apparel and accessories feature special authenticity labels, the official Panathinaikos BC logo, and, where applicable, a security Hologram certifying their authenticity.

Payment Methods & Security

What are the available payment methods?

At PAOSHOP, you can complete your purchases in the following ways:

  • Credit or Debit Card: We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro). The process is completely secure via an encrypted system.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): You pay the value of your order to the courier upon delivery to your premises.
  • Digital Wallets (Apple Pay / Google Pay): The fastest way to pay via your mobile phone, without entering card details.
Is there an extra charge for Cash on Delivery?

Yes, the COD service has an additional charge, which depends on the policy of the courier company you choose or that serves your area. The exact amount will appear automatically at the checkout stage.

Are my transactions secure?

Absolutely. PAOSHOP uses advanced security protocols (SSL) and never stores your card details on its systems. Payment is made directly in the bank’s secure environment.

Can I pay with Cash on Delivery for international shipments?

Unfortunately, the COD method is supported only for shipments within Greece. For international orders, payment is made exclusively via card or digital wallet.

Orders & Delivery

How soon will I receive my order?

For ready-to-ship products within Greece, completion and dispatch take 4-6 working days. For orders with customized printing (if feasible depending on the period), an additional 2-4 days of preparation are required. Delivery times for abroad vary depending on the destination country.

How am I informed about the progress of the shipment?

Upon the departure of the parcel from our warehouse, you automatically receive an email with the Tracking Number and the corresponding link for live tracking via the courier company.

What happens if I am away during delivery?

The courier company will inform you via SMS or telephone. In case of delivery failure, the parcel remains for a few days at the nearest courier store before being returned to us.

Can I place an order over the phone?

No, we do not accept telephone orders. All purchases must be made exclusively through our official online store.

Can I change, modify, or add a product to an order that has already been placed?

It is not possible to change, modify, or add products to an existing order. In such cases, we must cancel your current order, and you will need to place a new one with the items you desire.

How can I correct my shipping or billing information?

To correct shipping or billing details after an order has been placed, you must contact PAOSHOP’s customer service department in writing at merchandise@paobc.gr.


Returns & Exchanges (Return & Re-order Policy)

Can I exchange a product for another size or design?

For your fastest service, we do not perform direct product exchanges. If you wish for a different size or product, you must follow the return process for your order and place a new order directly through our site, depending on availability.

How do I get my money back?

Once we receive the product in its original condition and it is inspected, we will proceed with the refund to the same payment method you used. After the refund, you can purchase the new product you desire.

Which products are NOT returnable?

Products that have undergone Customization, such as jerseys with your own name, number, or special patches, as well as products that have been used or do not have their tags, are not accepted for return.

Who bears the return shipping costs?

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective and the defect is not due to misuse by the customer.

What is the return policy for Greece and Europe?

For orders within Greece and the European Union, returns are accepted within 14 days, in accordance with current European Consumer Protection Legislation, provided the product is in its original condition.

What applies to returns from Third Countries (Non-E.U.)?

Returns are not accepted from countries outside the European Union, unless it concerns a proven defective product. In this case, the return is carried out only upon written approval from the Merchandise Department of Panathinaikos BC.

How do I collect points with my purchases at PAOSHOP?

What do I do if I forgot to enter my code in an order?

Unfortunately, the Club 1908 code cannot be added retrospectively to your order. For this reason, before completing your transaction, always ensure you enter your unique Club 1908 member code in the special field in your cart.


International Shipping

Do you ship products worldwide?

Of course! PAOSHOP travels everywhere. We ship to Europe, America, Australia, and every corner of the planet where the heart of Panathinaikos beats.

How much does international shipping cost?

The cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of the parcel. We use reliable international courier companies (e.g., DHL) for maximum security.

How long does a shipment outside Greece take?

For Europe, delivery time is usually 3-6 working days, while for the rest of the world, it is 5-10 working days.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

There are no extra duties for shipments within the European Union. For countries outside the E.U. (e.g., USA, UK, Australia), any customs duties are borne by the recipient according to the legislation of each country. These duties are added automatically during the completion of the order and are included in the final amount of the shipping costs.
